Main Function: Technical Officer
Job Descriptions:
· Technical Support and Diagnosis: Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in two-wheeler vehicles.
· Provide technical solutions and perform necessary repairs & Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
· Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their technical issues and concerns complaints promptly and professionally.
· Provide detailed explanations of the work performed and any future maintenance needs to address and resolve customer
· Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing technical tasks
· Required on Job Nature: Valid driver’s license, Willingness to work flexible hours
· Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to technicians and apprentices, Attend workshops and training sessions as required
· Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on repaired and serviced vehicles.
· Ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards, minimize rework and customer complaints.
Technical Report: Monthly MIS, Product issue diagnosis & analysis and report in format as GVTR
Experience: Min.3 Years
Salary Range: Negotiable
Education: BSc or Diploma in Auto Mobile/Power/Mechanical Engineering
