Job Description:
– As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO), you will embark on a dynamic journey to develop into a Territory Sales Manager (TSM).
– Your role will involve learning and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and contributing to the growth of our sales team.
– You will go through a structured training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in sales.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Fresh Graduates from a reputed university or BBA final-year students.
– Those who have experience in sales and marketing can also apply. (Experience: not more than 2 years.)
Male candidates are preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate actively in the training program.
Learn and implement sales techniques and strategies.
Engage with customers and work towards achieving sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to its success.
Stages of the Program:
1. Recruiting
2. On-Board Training – Trainee Wolf Team Training
3. Counter Sale (OSR)
4. Boot Camp Training – TWT Boot Camp Training
5. Trainee TSM
6. Formal – Junior TSM
Salary: 20k (Training Period)
