Pathao is currently seeking highly passionate and fervent individuals for the ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž team. The ideal incumbents for these positions should have inherent enthusiasm regarding customer support processes and possess excellent communication skills and business acumen to create distinctive user experiences.

โ€ข Provide timely responses to customer and merchant inquiries through phone calls, live chat, and emails
โ€ข Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly via phone calls, live chat, and emails
โ€ข Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints in a designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
โ€ข Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to escalate customer and merchant complaints to the appropriate operational teams
โ€ข Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and effectively communicating solutions to complaints raised by customers and merchants
โ€ข Conduct verification calls to assess the performance level of various operational teams
โ€ข Administer surveys to gauge customer and merchant satisfaction levels
โ€ข Collaborate with the Sales team to implement and communicate sales promotion activities

๐Ž๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐ซ๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฆ๐ž๐ž๐ญ:

โ€ข 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they meet the other requirements
โ€ข Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
โ€ข Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, internet browsing, and data entry
โ€ข Strong customer-centric mindset
โ€ข Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
โ€ข Knowledge of relevant software applications or Customer Relationship
โ€ข Management (CRM) systems will be an added advantage
