โข Provide timely responses to customer and merchant inquiries through phone calls, live chat, and emails
โข Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly via phone calls, live chat, and emails
โข Maintain accurate records of interactions and complaints in a designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
โข Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to escalate customer and merchant complaints to the appropriate operational teams
โข Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and effectively communicating solutions to complaints raised by customers and merchants
โข Conduct verification calls to assess the performance level of various operational teams
โข Administer surveys to gauge customer and merchant satisfaction levels
โข Collaborate with the Sales team to implement and communicate sales promotion activities
๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐ซ๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ญ:
โข 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they meet the other requirements
โข Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline
โข Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
โข Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, internet browsing, and data entry
โข Strong customer-centric mindset
โข Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
โข Knowledge of relevant software applications or Customer Relationship
โข Management (CRM) systems will be an added advantage
