Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and metric-driven 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to join our team at Pathao. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision and strategy of our products across various verticals, including food delivery, ridesharing, e-commerce logistics, and payments. You will be responsible for driving product development, setting goals, analyzing metrics, and ensuring that our products exceed the expectations of our users.
𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥:
• Operate independently with entrepreneurial instincts with a clear bias for informed action, often in situations with considerable ambiguity, and lead new initiatives with limited resources
• Drive leadership decisions with a strong analytical and metrics-driven approach.
• Break complex problems down into more manageable workstreams, and solve them in a structured and methodical manner
• Synthesize business goals and learnings from customer insights to design and deliver products and features that users love
• Engage with engineers and designers to craft inspiring products, at scale and at a fast pace
• Write relevant product requirement documents and other product documentation to ensure a shared understanding within and across teams
• Communicate with empathy and exceptional precision
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭:
• A minimum of 2-3 working experience in a product management role, with a track record of driving improvements in business metrics through product and/or other operational initiatives.
• Proven experience collaborating with data analysts to validate hypotheses, conduct experiments, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Strong go-to-market experience, having successfully launched previous products either independently or through cross-functional collaboration with operations and marketing teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Additional experience with side-projects, whether technical or non-technical, is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in technology development best practices, including Agile and Kanban, and a solid understanding of product management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
• Familiarity with food delivery, ride sharing, e-commerce logistics, or payment
