Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, Generative AI, and predictive analytics, particularly in the financial or mortgage industry. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models that predict mortgage outcomes, assess risk, and support business decision-making. You will work on training models, optimizing algorithms, and integrating machine learning applications into production systems. You will work on Gen AI solutions as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for loan approval, mortgage prediction, and risk assessment.
- Work with structured and unstructured financial datasets, including credit scores, income reports, and transaction histories.
- Optimize predictive algorithms using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Implement and fine-tune models such as Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, and Deep Neural Networks (DNNs).
- Train and validate models using Python-based frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Enhance model explainability and ensure fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance in AI-driven decisions.
- Deploy ML models into production environments, leveraging MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Continuously monitor model performance, retrain models, and adjust features based on new data trends.
- Chatbot, Gen AI solutions development
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI in a financial domain.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM).
- Experience in Neural Networks (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM) for financial predictions.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk modeling, loan approval scoring, and mortgage default prediction.
- Expertise in feature engineering, data preprocessing, and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for handling large financial datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps frameworks.
- Ability to interpret model outputs and communicate findings to business stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Communication:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Salary: 40k-60K (Depending on Experience)
