Management Trainee Officer (MTO)- Export
Join our dynamic team as a Management Trainee Officer in the Export department of PRAN-RFL Group
Job Responsibilities
– Process orders from international customers, ensuring they are fulfilled on time.
– Liaise with international clients regarding product orders, delivery schedules, and issues.
– Conduct market research to identify potential export opportunities and track global trade trends.
– Ensure compliance with export laws, trade agreements, and sanctions in both exporting and importing countries.
– Prepare required export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
– Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other authorities to ensure smooth processing.
– Manage the transportation of goods, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
– Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to manage inventory for export orders.
– Identify potential new markets for the company’s products.
– Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer requirements and market trends.
Requirements:
– MBA & BBA from any reputed university
– Strong communication skill
– Good proficiency in English
– Ability to work under pressure
– Sound knowledge on Export business
– Females are highly encouraged to apply
Compensation & Other Benefits:
