Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager-Recruitment

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our HR team as an Assistant/Deputy Manager-Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
2. Lead the expatriate recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
5. Utilize various recruitment channels such as local and international job portal, social media, and professional networks to source local and expatriate candidates.
6. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
7. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
9. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR management.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Strong understanding of international recruitment practices, including visa and immigration regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software/tools.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
