Job Description:
1. Hardware and Software Application: Install, configure and maintain hardware and software application.
2. Help Desk support: Provide technical assistance to employees, addressing their IT related inquiries and issues via email, phone or WhatsApp. Ensure all support requests are logged, tracked and resolved in timely manner.
3. Microsoft office update : Manage Microsoft office install and update.
4. IT Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate IT inventory to all IT assets like Laptop, Printer, Tonner.
5. ERP Support: Provide ERP support to the end user.
6. IT related Bill Process and Approval
7. Configure Operating system on Laptop and desktop.
8. Assigned any Job by senior Management.
Qualification– BSC in CSE, ICT, ETE, ECE
Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience on IT support
Salary: 30k-35 k
