𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲: 01
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer (Civil) who will be responsible for supervising and executing construction project.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Execute and implement project works as per the work schedule.
2. Manage materials, equipment, and all supporting resources efficiently.
3. Ensure quality of civil works, construction materials, and finishing items.
4. Coordinate electrical and mechanical works with relevant teams.
5.Prepare standard report formats for engineering and store departments.
6. Control and monitor material usage to prevent wastage.
7. Solve any project-related problems on-site promptly.
8. Monitor project progress and maintain daily records.
9. Manage and supervise labor/workforce effectively when required.
10. Allocate tasks to contractors based on the monthly work schedule.
11. Prepare weekly estimates of required materials for assigned projects.
12. Submit and follow up on material requisitions for respective sites.
13. Supervise daily work to ensure construction quality and adherence to standards.
14. Ensure the safety and security of workers and site operations.
15. Identify faulty workmanship and take corrective actions as needed.
16. Take measurements of completed work and maintain proper records (MBs).
17. Prepare contractor bills and ensure timely processing.
18. Update the master plan based on daily work progress.
19. Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. 4–5 years of practical experience in civil construction project supervision and execution.
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Strong project management and site supervision skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and general IT skills.
3. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
5. Sound understanding of safety, quality control, and construction standards.
