Job Circular: Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Planning
Overview:
RFL, a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy in the industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking for “Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Planning ” to oversee and optimize our Bike Operations.

Key Responsibility:
(1 ) Production Planning & Scheduling
- Developing and implementing monthly, weekly, and daily production plans to meet demand forecasts.
- Monitoring production schedules and adjusting as necessary to meet delivery timelines.
(2) Demand & Inventory Management
- Analyzing sales trends and collaborating with the sales team to forecast demand accurately.
- Ensuring optimal inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to avoid overstock or stockouts.
(3) Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinating with the production, procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicating with the sales and marketing departments to align production with market requirements.
(4) Process Optimization
- Identifying bottlenecks in the planning and production process and proposing solutions.
- Implementing Lean or Six Sigma principles to improve planning efficiency.
(5) Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generating and analyzing production performance reports, including efficiency and capacity utilization metrics.
- Preparing monthly planning performance dashboards for senior management.
(6) Compliance & Standards
- Ensuring adherence to production and quality standards, as well as organizational policies and compliance requirements.
(7) Team Management
Supervising and training the planning team to enhance their skills and ensure departmental objectives are met.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
> PGD SCM will given preference.
> Bachelors in EEE/IPE/Mechanical or relevent Filed.
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Bicycle
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 28 years
- Proven experience in production planning, supply chain management, or a similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in bike tyre/tubes or related products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in demand forecasting and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with bike tyre/tube manufacturing processes and industry trends.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple priorities effectively.
