Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) 2024-25 academic session admission test results have been published. The results were published on the official website of the university on Monday (February 10).
A total of 19,915 students took part in this year’s examination. Of them, 8 thousand 2 people have passed. Among the passed students, 2,692 in the first shift, 2,668 in the second shift and 2,642 in the third shift. These students will have the opportunity to participate in the main admission test on February 20.
After the 2019-20 academic year, RUET is organizing the admission test alone again. There are a total of 1,230 general seats in 14 divisions. Besides, a total of 1,235 seats, including five reserved seats for the Chittagong Hill Tracts and small ethnic groups, have been allocated.
Number of seats by department: Civil Engineering – 180, Urban and Regional Planning (URP) – 60, Architecture – 30, Building Engineering and Construction Management (BECM) – 30, Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) – 60, Mechanical Engineering – 180, Glass and Ceramic Engineering (GCE) – 60, Mechatronics Engineering (MTE) – 60, Chemical Engineering – 30, Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) – 60, Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) – 180, Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) – 180, Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) – 60, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) – 60.
