S.A International is hiring a minimum of 1 Year++ of proven experience candidates as Sales & Service Engineers in direct sales.

Experience must include technical sales / industrial equipment sales/lubrication sales / industrial machinery sales.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: BSc In mechanical Engineering/ petroleum Engineering / EEE/ IPE from any reputed university.

Or Diploma with ongoing BSc program (should have more than 1 year of experience)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (In technical sales)

Key Job Responsibilities:

As a technical representative or salesperson visiting various industries and locations, your role would involve several key responsibilities:

1. Technical Briefings: You will provide detailed technical information about your company’s products and services to potential customers in different industries. This involves explaining how your offerings can address their specific needs, highlighting the features and benefits, and demonstrating the value they can bring.

2. Sales Generation: By understanding the problems and challenges faced by customers, you can identify opportunities where your products and services can provide solutions. You’ll use your knowledge of the industry and market to create compelling sales pitches and proposals. Your goal is to convert leads into customers and generate sales.

3. Troubleshooting: You’ll assist customers in troubleshooting issues they may encounter with your products or services. By providing effective solutions and support, you can build trust and loyalty with existing customers.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new customers is crucial.

5. Business Planning and Execution: You will participate in creating business plans, setting targets, and formulating strategies for business growth. This involves analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, and identifying new business opportunities.

6. Market Forecasting: Understanding market demand and trends is crucial for staying ahead of the competition. By analyzing market data, industry reports, and customer feedback, you can forecast demand for your products and services.

7. Target Achievement: You’ll be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Overall, your role involves a combination of technical expertise, salesmanship, customer relationship management, teamwork, strategic planning, and market analysis.

* It’s a field-level job, so regular traveling is necessary.
