Senior Engineer – Technical Sales & Service

About the Role
S.A. International is looking for a Senior Engineer (Technical Sales & Service) with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE). Candidates with a background in Petroleum Engineering are also encouraged to apply. If you have 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial technical sales, and enjoy providing tailored engineering solutions to clients, we invite you to be part of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits to different industries and technical engagement.
- Understand client needs and provide customized, technically sound solutions.
- Conduct professional product presentations and offer comprehensive post-sales support.
- Prepare and submit commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while preparing periodic sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field (ie: Petroleum engineering) .
- Proven 2 years of experience in technical sales within an industrial setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a client-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to 30,000 BDT/month during the 6-month probation period. (Depending Upon Experience & Interview Result)
- Post-Probation: Transition to permanent role with additional benefits including:
