Position: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager -Sales, Packaging Division

Job Responsibilities:
· Identify and target new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical packaging sector.
· Develop strategies to acquire new customers.
· Execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Address inquiries and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs.
· Provide ongoing support to clients, handling follow-up inquiries, product concerns, or technical issues.
· Monitor pharmaceutical packaging material trends, including new regulations, materials, and innovations in the market.
· Maintain an in-depth understanding of the different types of pharmaceutical packaging materials (e.g., blister packs, bottles, vials, labels, cartons) and their compliance with industry regulations.
· Coordinate with the principal and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of packaging materials.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
· Address and resolve any challenges or complaints from customers, such as issues with packaging quality or delivery delays.
· Identify potential risks in the sales process or customer relationships and proactively work to mitigate them.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s of Science or bachelor’s in chemistry / pharmacy / Biochemistry / Biology.
Other Requirements: Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical and associated industries Knowledge of Packaging Materials and Pharmaceutical Processes
Experience Requirements:
· For Sr. Executive Minimum 3-5 years
· For Asst. Manager Minimum 5-7 years
Job Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka
Salary: Negotiable
