Job Summary
The Maintenance Team is responsible for the repair, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of resort facilities and grounds. Each role contributes specialized skills essential to maintaining high standards of comfort and quality for our guests.
Key Responsibilities by Position
Plumber
Install, repair, and maintain water and drainage systems
Perform inspections and address urgent repairs
Electrician
Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct routine maintenance.
HVAC Technician
Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspect and ensure efficient climate control throughout the resort
Kitchen Equipment Technician
Maintain and repair kitchen appliances and cooking equipment
Ensure functionality and safety of all kitchen equipment
Painter/Polisher
Paint and polish furniture, fixtures, and resort structures to maintain aesthetic appeal
Pool Technician
Maintain and treat swimming pools, ensuring clean water and functional filtration systems
Resort Gardener
Plant, maintain, and manage resort gardens and landscaping
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in the respective trade (2 to 3+ years preferred)
· Relevant technical certifications or licenses
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
· Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
