1. AREA MANAGER (Min experience 5-6 years)
2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Min experience 2 years; freshers are encouraged to apply)
𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: Anywhere in Bangladesh
𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗟: Under Serviq BPO Limited
𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗙 𝗝𝗗: Driving and achieving sales, after-sales service and on-ground activation KPIs in designated area
𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗔𝗚𝗘:
– Fixed salary (will be shared only with the shortlisted candidates)
– Quarterly variable pay (based on performance)
– 2 Festival bonuses (equivalent to 2 basics)
– Relevant allowances for lunch, mobile and internet bills
– 24 hour car (all costs related to this like driver salary, garage rent, fuel will be taken care of by company as par policy)
– TA as per company policy
𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬:
– BBA / MBA from reputed universities, preferably University of Dhaka / BRAC University / NSU / EWU / Khulna University / BUP / UIU etc.
– Minimum 5/6 years of work experience in territory / area management (FMCG / Durable industry) for Area Manager
– Minimum 1-2 years of work experience for Business Development Executive
– Good communications skills
– Having good knowledge on data analytics (PS Excel / Power BI)
– Ability to work under pressure, Hardworking, Proactive
– Carries values like honesty, integrity and responsibility in both personal and professional lives
– Strong leadership skills
