Position: Executive, Holidays Team
Responsibilities:
– Create detailed travel itineraries for clients.
– Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
– Keep up to date with travel trends, new destinations, and emerging travel opportunities.
– Maintain client records and manage travel documents.
– Advise clients on suitable travel options based on their needs and preferences.
– Other operational tasks assigned by the line managers and above.
Qualifications:
– Graduate Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or relevant field preferred.
– In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and travel regulations.
– Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Working Hours:
– 5 Days a Week (Roster Wise)
– 9 Hours a Day
Other Details:
– Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
– Salary Review: Yearly
– Bonus: 2 Yearly
