Position Title: Customer Experience Executive
Work Hours: 9:30am-6:30pm
Location: Banani 2
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Salary: Negotiable (Salary will be decided based on Experience and Performance throughout the Selection process)
Job Description:
1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
2. Direct customers to online resources
3. Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
4. Pitch ideas for improving customer care
5. Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
6. Attend weekly staff meetings
7. Attend brand training
8. Participate in team-building activities
9. Develop a rapport with customers
10. Encourage customers to complete surveys
11. Previous experience with handling with customer care
12. Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
13. Any previous work experience with Customer Relations Management software
14. Must be fluent in English
Educational & Other Requirements:
1. Degree in Management Studies, Business, Marketing, or any other related discipline
2. Effective Communication Skills
3. Ability to effectively work with a team
4. Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time
5. Possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in English
6. Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic application
7. Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a time
8. 1-2 years of experience will be preferred
9. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
