Job brief:
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Front-end Engineer with 1 – 2 years of experience to join our talented development team. If you are eager to build a career in Front-end Development, join our collaborative team to write & analyze code. And be creative in expanding and enhancing the application design. Delegate tasks to team members, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology to create and implement the application. This position offers a unique opportunity for someone keen on gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in building robust and scalable web applications using the (React.js/Next.js, Redux, web APIs) stack. Your primary focus mostly will be the development of user interfaces and implementing backend APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across all devices.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding results.
- Design and implement efficient and reusable front-end components using React.js/Next.js, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Must have experience with state management tools like Redux.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end components to guarantee reliability, stability, and quality of the application.
- Review code contributions from other developers, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior members of the front-end team to promote growth and maintain coding standards.
- Document code, development processes, and project-related information to ensure smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring smooth data flow and application performance.
- Write clean and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges as they arise.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and scoping exercises to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy applications and ensure optimal server performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, sharing your knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements:
- Must have 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications you have contributed to or built.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js/Next.js, Redux with a keen eye for modern design & responsive design and user experience.
- Nice to have understanding of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js, along with RESTful API design principles.
- Working experience with GraphQL is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise innovative and practical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality code within deadline.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, Jenkins, or other version control tools, and agile, mvc development methodologies and docker.
- Understanding of server-side rendering and SEO optimization for web applications is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative in a fast-paced and dynamic and productive work environment.
- A good understanding of SDLC.
- Experience with automated testing and building.

Working Hours: 10AM-7PM (including lunch, snacks and prayer break)
Weekend: Friday
Salary: BDT. 30,000/= to 40,000/= (Negotiable Depending On Skills)
