Job Responsibilities:
•Ability to manage high quality factory and industrial building construction work with basement independently.
•Need to be experienced on project planning, scheduling, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating
•Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
•Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
•Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
•Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
•Responsible for preparation of PR & Materials issue & submit it for approval.
•Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects directly.
•Responsible to handover the project within the schedule time.
•Need to be experienced on Quality control, site safety, define the problem and identify the target to improvement
•Ability to check bills submitted by different vendors.
Educational Requirements: B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public or Private university.
Experience Requirements: The applicants may have 3 to 5 year(s) experience in Civil Engineering. The applicants should have experience in Garments factory construction work.
