𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Data Engineer
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: Min 2-3 years as a Data Engineer
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: We are looking for an experienced data engineer to join our team. He/She will use various methods to transform raw data into useful data systems. To succeed in this data engineering position, you should have strong analytical skills and the ability to combine data from different sources.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
*Develop new and support existing data transformation processes to populate our analytics platform on Snowflake by using dbt
*Build data validation rules and data quality monitors for data quality assurance
*Spend time improving the performance of our data platform, and help us stay up to date on all best practices
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
*Advanced SQL knowledge
*DBT knowledge or hands-on experience
*Experience with cloud technologies, AWS (S3, Lambda, ETC), Snowflake and Terraform
*Experience with source control and CI/CD processes
*Familiar with data integration patterns and tooling including ELT/ETL, Event Streaming to support batch and near real-time data needs
*Familiarity of Python language
*Familiarity with database performance tuning and data modelling techniques
*Familiarity with API data acquisition and OAuth
