Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functionality.
2. Coordinate with different departments for logistical and operational support.
3. Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.
4. Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies.
5. Processing Monthly bills.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or relevant role. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Key Skills:
1. Excellent communication in english and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
