Major Responsibilities:
1. Execution of Technology Transfer Operations
2. Taking Charge of product management activities for New Product Introduction, Technology Transfer Products as well as ensuring products robustness.
3. Perform laboratory experiments and develop solid dosage form identifying their CPPs and CQAs.
4. Prepare & Participate in the Execution of Stability batches and initiate stability studies as per requirements.
5. Working in liaison with QA department in implementation and closure of CAPAs related to product and process.
6. Ensuring improvement of process/formulation where possible and involve in troubleshooting activities.
7. Ensuring the quality of drug products through creation and review of product specification as per QTPP.
8. Ensuring artwork development for Packaging Materials.
9. Ensuring alternative source development of Raw materials and Packaging materials.
10. Ensuring compliance to GMP/SOPs at department as well as production area during manufacturing Lab scale batches and validation batches respectively.
Specification of Executive, Technology Transfer:
Education: BSc in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry from any reputed institution.
Experience: 2 to 4 years in Pharmaceutical Industry
Skills: Experience in Technology Transfer in pharmaceuticals industry.
