1. Government of Belgium Scholarship:
The Government of Belgium offers scholarships in a one-year special postgraduate degree program or four to six months advanced training course. International students can apply for this scholarship called ARES for students from developing countries without IELTS. 2. Master Mind Scholarship
The Master Mind Scholarship is a scholarship funded by the Belgian Regional Government or the Government of Flanders. The scholarship pays students monthly 1,100 to 1,200 euros for living expenses, tuition fees, visa fees, travel and student insurance expenses.
4. VLIR-UOS Scholarship Program

Global Minds Doctoral Scholarship
The Global Minds Doctoral Scholarship is an initiative of KU Liven to encourage collaborative research with experts from developing countries. PhD candidates from developing countries are given the opportunity to do research in this scholarship. The scholarship usually provides full tuition fees, a monthly stipend of 2,199 euros, medical insurance, airfare tickets and a monthly research allowance of 310 euros. IELTS is not required to apply for this scholarship.
