Surbana Jurong Bangladesh is hiring international expert as “MEP Manager” for its design team in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
They are searching for a senior expert with minimum 15 years of experience who can bring diversified project design experience (electrical) and can guide our MEP team to serve the client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently handle Analysis & Design of Commercial / Residential high rises, Condominiums, Townships, IT Parks, Biotech Parks, hospitals, Infrastructure projects, etc. at all stages of the project.
• Designing all MEP Systems required for the project.
• Independently discuss with the Client and provide MEP solutions on all MEP aspects of the project.
• Present & explain – design theme, and calculations, and should be able to obtain client’s buy-in and approval for all MEP systems.
• Responsible for all MEP/ BMS design activities for Smart Buildings and Smart Cities projects.
• Leads & coordinates the MEP design activities with other disciplines in the multi-disciplinary Team.
• Provide technical decisions and solutions to problems at the site and to carry out site inspections to ensure that the construction is in conformity with drawings.
