Position: General Manager – Procurement & Engineering
About the Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement and engineering, leading your teams to success and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
●Procurement Leadership: Oversee all procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supply chain management.
● Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, ensure timely delivery of materials, and maintain quality standards.
● Engineering Management: Manage the engineering department, providing leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
Requirements:
● B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
● Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the real estate, land development, or economic zone industry.
● Proven track record of success in procurement and engineering management.
● Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
● Salary Range: BDT 100,000 to 150,000
