Hiring: Sr. Officer-Warehouse & Distribution (Full-time)

Job Responsibilities:
Ø Maintaining all Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Goods Inventory
Ø Ensuring accurate stock records and reconciliation of physical stock
Ø Keeping record of daily Materials transactions
Ø Maintaining MRF (Material requisition form) & FIFO for Raw material and Finished Goods delivery
Ø Checking and Receiving all Raw materials according to PR, PO and Bill, Chalan and preparing GRD
Ø Being aware of any raw material damage, shelf life of chemicals
Ø Ensuring Security of warehouse and keeping the warehouse clean, organized
Ø Checking Sales Order and Communicate with accounts for delivery Confirmation
Ø Managing the packaging section and preparing Batteries according to Sales Order
Ø Being aware of Cash and Credit system of Company and attempt delivery accordingly
Ø Ensuring on-time delivery of finished products to distribution points
Ø Keeping record of the Sales orders and Cash Collection
Ø Preparing Delivery Challan
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor in any discipline/Diploma in EEE
Skills required: MS office/Google suite.
Experience Requirements:
At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in the “Warehouse & Distribution Section”
Candidates with previous work experience in a respected battery company/factory will receive preferential consideration.
