Job Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Develop Sales Strategy & Action Plan for Assigned Segment / Territory
Visit dealer / retailer regularly
Convert Prospects to Customer
Prepare action plans for team as well as individuals to ensure effective search of sales leads, prospects and market penetration
Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and company to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of business goals
Ensure timely payment from customer as per company policy
Execute Sales & Technical Presentations to customers
Develop Proof of Performance Trials and Testimonials from customers
Maintain account ledger of all customers
Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting of Business Activity
