Position: Manager/DGM, IT Procurement, Supply Chain Management
Job Context:
To manage sourcing, purchasing, record keeping and acquisition of goods and services as and when requisitioned and required by IT, Marketing, Sales, HR&A divisions etc., and fall under defined scope of Commercial purchase along with Contract Management, Partner Satisfaction, NDA under Procurement division.
Job Responsibilities:
- To supervise and get purchasing requirement managed and fulfilled by the team associates.
- To ensure due obtainment of necessary details, clarification and endorsement from concerned Requisitioning function/ User department as regard to specific Purchase Requisition.
- To verify RFI/RFP before circulation and ensure obtainment of appropriate and timely response from the vendors.
- Conduct and close final negotiations on price, payment, quality and other relevant aspects.
- Developing, verifying QES and obtain final approval.
- Preparation, submission and forwarding of Purchase Orders for approval.
- Contract Management as and when required.
- Maintaining required purchase records and filing.
- Verifying and recommending vendor invoice, payment follow-up with Finance.
- Verifying Procurement MIS records and doing MIS reporting.
- Ensure partner registration & invoice processing.
- Ensure NDA, COC from 100% partners.
- Reconcile partners outstanding along with finance.
- Setting control mechanism for due compliance.
- Attend internal & external audit.
- To discharge assigned responsibility of any specific sourcing project.
Job Location:
Dhaka
Academic & Other Qualification:
Bachelors/Masters with Professional SCM degree.
Experience:
At least 12 years of Procurement experience preferably in Telecom, IT or MFS industry with minimum 5 years of IT Procurement experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Vast knowledge with SCM process
- Policy along with ERP knowledge
