𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are looking for talented “Virtual Executive, Social Media Management” who will build and manage relationships with NEXT Ventures’ online communities, engage with them through social media platforms and moderate user-generated content. The individuals will also aim to increase engagement and loyalty among the communities.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Create graphical/written content for community management.
• Write catchy and persuasive captions for various contents.
• Post & schedule content properly across various platforms.
• Write engaging sales copy for landers.
• Collaborate with the Analyst, Marketing, and Customer Support Team to develop a variety of content ideas.
• Stay updated on trends and competitors.
• Edit and proofread copy as needed.
• Open to learning and adapting to new skill sets.
• Manage external and internal communities.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Excellent communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively with the online community through various channels, including social media, messaging, and email.
• Marketing and social media expertise – Understanding marketing and social media principles to create engaging content, monitor social media platforms, moderate user-generated content, and provide customer support.
• Analytical mindset – Ability to analyze social media metrics and community engagement data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
• Project management abilities – Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Relationship-building skills – Capability to build and maintain relationships with the online community, respond to inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Technical proficiency – Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools to manage and optimize community engagement.
• Creative thinking – Ability to develop innovative ideas to increase community engagement, create campaigns, and enhance the brand’s online presence.
