Job Responsibilities:
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
2. Ensure stable Internet connectivity & security for all users of Gazipur Factory.
3. Ensure smooth operations for Photocopiers, Laser Printers, Dot Printers & CCTV.
4. End user ERP support for Gazipur Factory.
5. Corporate email configuration on Microsoft Outlook.
6. Graphics design for Factory Requirements.
7. Monitoring fingerprint web application software.
8. Ensure the Fingerprint Device is running smoothly.
9. Ensure all CCTV cameras are running smoothly.
10. SCADA support for the maintenance department.
11. Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
12. Network configuration, monitoring & checking.
13. Ensure internet connectivity for all users of Gazipur Factory.
14. Employee ID Generation (Worker – Frequently).
15. Conduct with the central it team, vendor & other correspondent departments to run a smooth operation.
16. Generate Purchase Requisition for Gazipur Factory in ERP.
17. Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
1. BSc in CSE / Diploma or Engineering degree from any reputed university.
2. 2/3 years’ Experience in relevant field.
Other Requirements:
1. MS Office Proficiency.
2. Reporting Skill.
3. Good interpersonal skill and strategic communication Skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Hard working attitude.
