Position: Trainee – Collection Officer
Will be responsible for:
• Monitoring and determine the level of present collection through different measurable tools.
• Following up customers dues files and communicate with them regarding their installments.
• Ensuring one-stop Credit Realization service through efficient team management.
• Updating & submit day-to-day reports on collection & dues to the accounts department.
Ideal profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
• Have to be Smart and Hard Working.
• Ability to convince.
