Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a highly experienced with a more than 8 years of construction, Network Water, Pipeline projects & Infrastructure Projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep industry experience, and the ability to manage complex budgets and reporting processes. This role is key to ensuring effective cost management across our infrastructure and pipeline construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain cost control systems for ongoing projects.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenditures across project phases.
Analyze cost trends, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance departments.
Evaluate change orders and assess their financial impact.
Support project planning with cost data and performance.
