Position: Sr. Executive – O&M
Location: Rupganj, Dhaka
Department: Operation & Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance associates during assigned shifts.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial air compressors.
Recommend electrical component upgrades to enhance energy efficiency.
Possess hands-on experience and sound knowledge of PLC & HMI programming, AutoCAD Electrical, and engineering drawings (SLD).
Ensure all electrical wiring complies with current safety standards.
Install switches, circuit breaker panels, relays, and other electrical control and distribution equipment.
Test and troubleshoot AC motors and pumps.
Perform bearing replacements, mechanical assembly, and equipment testing.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot substation equipment, including PFI panels and ACBs.
Maintain inventory of all local and imported hand tools.
Calibrate and perform electrical maintenance of LPG road tankers.
Monitor operations from the LPG control room.
Oversee control and maintenance of the firefighting system, including conducting regular fire drills.
Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of diesel generators.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Operation & Maintenance.
Candidates with experience in an LPG bottling plant will be given preference
Qualifications: B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
