Requirements
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. in CSE/ETE/EEE or 4 years diploma in CSE/ETE/EEE
Experience:
· 0 – 2 years in ISP Industry
Job Responsibilities:
· Perform maintenance of fiber and wireless networks to ensure optimal performance.
· Manage and lead the field technician team to effectively handle network-related tasks.
· Conduct client requirement analysis and perform physical surveys to assess network needs.
· Handle configuration tasks for various network products from different vendors.
· Oversee network operations and ensure ongoing maintenance for smooth functionality.
· Monitor client links, troubleshoot issues, and provide physical support when necessary.
· Prepare and submit various official reports related to network performance and team activities
