Pathao is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join their 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲/𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 in the 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 Department. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with large corporate clients. The ideal candidate will identify partnership opportunities, secure collaborations, and ensure smooth onboarding, bringing strong communication skills and business acumen to the table.
They 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹:
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients across key sectors, focusing on bill payments, financial disbursements, and digital collection solutions
• Assist in developing strategic business plans and scoping partnership opportunities in alignment with organizational goals and market demand
• Conduct detailed research on target industries, monitor financial trends, and analyze competitive offerings to support product positioning and business decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective stakeholder engagement
• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Product, Tech, Legal, and Compliance to structure and deliver end-to-end fintech and payment solutions tailored to client needs
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance, campaign results, and client feedback to support continuous optimization and value generation
• Prepare and maintain professional documentation, proposals, progress reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, supporting continuous optimization and value generation
𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁:
• Up to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Banking, or Fintech-related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of the financial and banking sector, including digital payments, MFS, and/or corporate banking products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
