โขย Identify and acquire new corporate clients across key sectors, focusing on bill payments, financial disbursements, and digital collection solutions
โขย Assist in developing strategic business plans and scoping partnership opportunities in alignment with organizational goals and market demand
โขย Conduct detailed research on target industries, monitor financial trends, and analyze competitive offerings to support product positioning and business decisions
โขย Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective stakeholder engagement
โขย Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Product, Tech, Legal, and Compliance to structure and deliver end-to-end fintech and payment solutions tailored to client needs
โขย Monitor and evaluate partner performance, campaign results, and client feedback to support continuous optimization and value generation
โขย Prepare and maintain professional documentation, proposals, progress reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, supporting continuous optimization and value generation

โขย Up to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Banking, or Fintech-related roles
โขย Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline
โขย Strong understanding of the financial and banking sector, including digital payments, MFS, and/or corporate banking products
โขย Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla
โขย Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
โขย Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace
โขย Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
