Saudi Arabia is currently considered an important center of higher education in the world, not only in Islamic and Arabic education, but also in science and general education. Since the establishment of the Ministry of Higher Education in 1975, the country has made great progress in its education system. Currently, there are more than 25 modern and international standard public universities in Saudi Arabia, and about 38 private universities. Many of which offer free study opportunities to foreign students. As a result, Saudi Arabia is now an attractive destination for students interested in scientific and technological education in addition to acquiring Islamic knowledge.
The Saudi Arabian government has announced scholarships for undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programs for the 2025 academic year. Students from Bangladesh and other countries can apply subject to meeting the conditions. The application deadline is June 14, 2025.
