Position: Senior Full Stack Engineer
Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: BDT 80,000– 150,000
Position Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end systems, lead architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge digital solutions to life.
Your Responsibilities
Front-End Development:
Develop sleek, responsive web interfaces using Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers using Figma to translate concepts into functional code.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance of web applications.
Back-End Development:
Build robust and scalable services using .NET Core and C#.
Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Create and optimize stored procedures and queries in MS SQL Server.
Use Entity Framework and LINQ for efficient data operations.
Adhere to OOP and SOLID principles in writing clean, maintainable code.
Integration & Collaboration:
Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
Collaborate with team members using tools like Jira and Azure Boards.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Maintain and enhance the existing codebase.
Refactor legacy code as part of ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Communication & Project Management:
Participate in sprint planning, design discussions, and team meetings.
Clearly communicate ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Expertise in Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
Strong backend skills with .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server.
Excellent understanding of SOLID principles and OOP.
Experience with Jira, Azure Boards, Figma.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience with React, Node.js, Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices.
Certifications in software/system/cloud architecture are a plus.
